No. However, there are two optional free boosts that can give you 50% more profit each. So if you use both of them, they add up and you get 100% more profit. The manager points from the classic SPITCH mode do not play a role in Pair Up. The player who scores more points than the opposing player in the pairing wins the respective pairing.
