The third matchday of the Champ. Tuesday Matchday 3a

Joel Matip (107₵, Liverpool): The Bochum native was able to slide back into the starting eleven due to meager performances from teammate Joe Gomez and was already able to save the Reds in the last Champ. League game against Ajax with his late goal. Now Klopp’s boys have to face Rangers and I expect Liverpool to control the match, allowing Matip to collect a lot of passes. Wednesday Matchday 3b

City’s opponent on Wednesday is Copenhagen and the Citizens go into this game as clear-cut favorites, so I expect Cancelo to devote himself mainly to offensive work and hopefully fire several shots on goal.
