Who will be able to collect important points before the World Cup?

The last two matchdays before the World Cup in Qatar are coming up and it is very tight both in the bottom and in the top places, which is why it will be extremely exciting to see how the constellation looks before the World Cup. On this matchday we can look forward to two particularly interesting games: Chelsea-Arsenal and Tottenham-Liverpool.  As always, I introduce you to players who have great scoring potential, but can also be very risky.

Goal:

Alisson Becker (41₵, Liverpool): He is really turning it on in the last five games. Liverpool have only won two of the last five games, but their number 1 is still scoring strongly. He has averaged 315 points in the last five games and is second in the statistic Gk held  with 23 shots saved. The Reds will give everything to get several wins in a row again. Against Tottenham, that is not the easiest task, but Becker could contribute a lot and hopefully score a lot of points again.

Defence:

Diogo Dalot (70₵, Man. United): The Portuguese has also shown what he is made of in the last five games and could also impress this matchday against Villa, as the Red Devils did not lose any of their last five games and Dalot only made less than 200 points once.

Aymeric Laporte (124₵, Man. City): He finally seems to be back fit for the Citizens after his injury and is picking up where he left off. In his first two starting appearances this season, he made 274 and 292 points. He could feature again against Fulham and show his class.

Vitaly Mykolenko (65₵, Everton): The Toffees seem to be slowly catching on and have managed to go without defeat in their last two games. In these two matches, Mykolenko also showed what he is made of. He stood out with scores of 290 and 319 and we can be curious to see if he can continue this scoring streak against Leicester.

Lewis Dunk (93₵, Brighton): The 30-year-old Seagulls centre-back has been able to find his old SPITCH form again in his last few games and is scoring really strongly. This fixture is against the weakest team in the league offensively and that could become a meal waiting to be eaten for Dunk as it could give him a lot of easy points

Midfield:

Joshua Dasilva (50₵, Brentford): He is the riskiest pick from the preview as he has scored just 8 points in a game this season, but also scores 400 at times as he did in the last game. This matchday, however, it looks more like a strong performance as it is against the last team in the table and therefore he could finish often. He might even manage to score again.

Marcus Tavernier (47₵, Bournemouth): He is one of the few transfers the Cherries have made this season and so far he is looking good. He has shown his class especially in his last few games, averaging 258 points in four games and could put in another strong performance against Leeds.

Kevin De Bruyne (200₵, Man. City): I don’t need to write much about the Citizens’ centrepiece as he is one of the best midfielders and assist providers in the world, already totalling a total of nine assists and three goals in the Prem. League. In Erling Haaland, De Bruyne has found the perfect recipient for his passes and Fulham will have to give a lot against this duo to stop them from scoring.

Attack:

Callum Wilson (49₵, Newcastle): The 30-year-old is attracting attention this season as he has scored six times and set up three goals. Especially in the last game, he shone with 600 points, scoring 2 goals and giving 2 assists. The Magpies are in 4th place at the moment and will give it their all again against Southampton and maybe Wilson will be the hero again.

Marcus Rashford (106₵, Man. United): He was labelled a lost talent by many, but the 25-year-old seems to be blossoming again under Erik ten Haag. He has scored over 200 points in each of his last three games and has the potential to score again against Villa.

Rodrigo (103₵, Leeds): At the start of the season he was one of the best strikers at SPITCH in terms of points and also managed to score four goals and set up one in the first four games. Then he had a short dry spell, but managed to score in each of the last two games. He could score again against promoted Bournemouth to become one of the league’s top scorers.

Other alternatives:

Other players to keep an eye on are Ben Mee (98₵, Brentford) who has been putting in an outstanding performance recently, Declan Rice (79₵, West Ham) who has been playing very strongly of late and Leandro Trossard (77₵, Brighton) who could score again.

About me: I have been supporting SPITCH in the various divisions for over a year now. With my experience on the free pitches, I want to help you find interesting players that maybe not everyone has on their radar.
